I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all that you’ve done for me over the past several months. When I first met you, I could hardly walk because of the pain in my knees. I’ve certainly come a long way since then. You’ve taught me more about the relationship between my feet and knees than any course that I took in medical school!
